The BackMitra is an effective tool helping you to improve posture and strengthen your back.

With only 10 to 15 minutes daily easy to perform exercises you will see results within a few weeks. Little by little your back becomes more flexible and your spine will return to its natural curvature. While improving your posture you may even become a bit taller!

If you are a yoga practitioner the BackMitra can help you to improve your asana practice. If you have a stiff upper back and shoulder area, asanas like downward dog, sarvangasana, pincha mayurasana, hand stand and sirsasana can be quite challenging. The BackMitra will help you opening up this difficult to reach area.

As a yoga teacher you will find that your students will quickly notice a change in their body making their yoga practice more fun and they’ll start coming back for more.

The BackMitra helps to:

  • Improve your posture.
  • Improve your yoga practice; especially in poses where openness of the shoulder area is required like Downward Dog, Head Stand, Shoulder Stand and Pincha Mayurasana.
  • Diminish sport injuries by restoring mobility in neck, shoulders, and back.
  • Alleviate and prevent pain in the hip area, back pain, neck and shoulder pain.
  • Provide relief in conditions like CTS (Carpal Tunnel Syndrome), Frozen Shoulder and RSI (Repetitive Strain Injuries) / RMD (Repetitive Motion Disorder).
