The BackMitra workshop I attended was a unique experience. The teacher, Guy Hamaekers, allowed us a lot of space to go deeply into ourselves and unblock tensions. His way of teaching and the practices he showed us were gentle and meaningful! The BackMitra is a very useful tool for every yoga practitioner and every yoga teacher.

I picked up my back mitra at the post office and love it... I really appreciate your words and the cute little hummus recipe.
