This Foundations Training is based on the principles of yoga therapy; You will learn fundamental spinal anatomy and function, discover the layers of the back body, and be trained in the safe, effective and creative use of BackMitra.

This 12-hour Foundations Training is based on yoga therapy principles. Founded in the the teachings of Restorative Alignment, & influenced by Vijnana Yoga, Yoga Therapy and MELT, this training will be an assimilation of important practices to learn to confidently teach with the BackMitra.
