PRIZES
First Prize: A 5-day yoga holiday retreat with Brigitte Longueville, the mother of the BackMitra!
The retreat takes place from December 21st to 26th, 2017, at ‘Las 3 Marías’ located in San Agustinillo on the Mexican Pacific coast and is sponsored by Solstice Yoga Center.
The prize includes:
– Accommodation for 5 days and 5 nights in a private room.
– Daily breakfast and lunch.
– Welcome dinner and farewell dinner.
– 20 hours of yoga classes.
The prize excludes:
– Round trip transportation to and from ‘Las 3 Marías’ (airplane, bus, taxi, gasoline, etc).
– Dinners on days not mentioned.
– Extra costs generated by the participant.
– Shopping within ‘Las 3 Marías’ and / or personal purchases.
– Everything that is not mentioned in the previous section (The prize includes).

COMPETITION RULES
1. The photograph must include at least one (1) BackMitra®.
2. You must post the photo on your Facebook or Instagram profile including the tag @backmitra.
3. The original photograph must be sent by email or by https://wetransfer.com to [email protected].
4. The use of photo retouching programs should be moderate*.
* Appropriate use of photographic completion according to industry standards, without abusing the editing software and without adding or removing elements from the original images. In case of doubt, the jury will request the original photograph to confirm the authenticity of the participating image.
SELECTION OF WINNERS
Photographs may be entered into social media (Facebook and Instagram) until November 30, 2017. As of this moment, the juries will select three (3) winning photos in total.
All photographs must be sent in original format by email or https://wetransfer.com to [email protected] including the name of the person sending it and contact ways including email and name as it appears on Facebook and / or Instagram.
The winners will be notified on December 01, 2017, at 12:00 pm (GMT -6) in a public post that will be made on Solstice Yoga Center’s and The BackMitra’s Facebook and Instagram pages. In the event that a winner does not claim his prize within three (3) calendar days of notification, he will lose the right to the prize.

Participants must agree to the following rules and conditions when entering the Photo Contest ‘The BackMitra around the World’.
The entry of the images by email or by https://wetransfer.com to [email protected] implies acceptance of the rules of the contest.
By submitting a photograph (the “Photo”) for the Photography Contest ‘The BackMitra around the World’ (the “Contest”), organized by BackToolz onwards the “Company”, the participant (“Participant”) guarantees the following:
(i) That the Photo is original and was created exclusively by the Participant and has not been copied, in whole or in part, from other work protected under the copyright or intellectual property rights of another person.
(ii) That the Photo does not violate any national law, copyright or other intellectual property rights and does not plagiarize, slander, defame, discredit, or otherwise infringe or violate the rights of third parties.
(iii) That the Participant has obtained the necessary permissions in writing to use the image of each and every one of the persons that appear in the Photo.
(iv) That the Participant has the legal right to submit the Photos in the Contest.
(v) That the distribution, reproduction, display and any other use of the Photos by the Company under these terms and conditions will not infringe any rights of third parties, including those of any person appearing in or whose property is shown in the photo. ,
(vi) That the Photo must not be obscene, violent or pejorative of any ethnic, racial, gender, religious, professional, age group.
(vii) That the Photo complies with each of the provisions of these terms and conditions.
STATEMENTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. The Participant declares that he is at least 18 years of age.
2. In case of being a minor, who has the proper authorization of one of their parents or guardians and who is not an employee of the Company, (who reserves the right to verify the eligibility of an individual to participate).
3. The Participant agrees to hold harmless the Company against any claim, claim, damage, cost, liability and cause of any kind that are based on or arising from the breach by the Participant of these terms and conditions or guarantees. and / or statements made by the Participant in accordance with these terms and conditions.
4. The Participants will register in this Contest under their own responsibility. Each Participant must accept that regardless of the result, it will not question the results of the Contest, nor will it submit any complaint or claim against the Company that arises from the realization of the Contest.
5. The winners will be notified on December 01, 2017 at 12:00 noon (GMC-6), in a public post made on official BackMitra social media (Facebook and Instagram). In the event that a winner does not claim his prize within three (3) calendar days of notification, he will lose the right to the prize.
6. The Company will not be responsible for any suspended or interrupted online service or for any change of email address, Facebook or Instagram that may result in the loss of the initial notification of the prize to the potential winner.
7. In the event that the winner can not be verified or the winner rejects or is unable to accept the prize according to the terms and conditions established for this Contest, or that the winner is disqualified for any reason, said winner will lose his right to prize and the Company may select an alternate winner from among all remaining eligible Photos according to the procedure established in these terms and conditions.
8. The Participant agrees that the Company has no obligation to return any of the Photos submitted to the Contest and that it may, at its discretion, terminate it, without any responsibility whatsoever for the Participant.
9. In the event that the Company decides to terminate the Contest before its conclusion, the Company will not use the Photos for any purpose.
10. The Participant accepts that the Company does not endorse or promote any organization that is shown in the Photos sent, or in the Photos chosen as winners of the Contest.
11. The Participants will grant authorization to the Company to publish their name and city of origin in printed form or in other means related to the Contest.
12. The Company reserves the right to disqualify the Photos based on the content and lack of information.
13. The Participants agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Company, from all and any liability to third parties for any damage, loss, claim, action, demand or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the Contest, including, without limitation, any claim by third parties for copyright infringement or a violation of the individual right to privacy and / or right of publicity.
14. The Company is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate published information, caused either by users of the website or by any equipment or programming associated with the Contest or used in the Contest, or by any technical or human error that may occur during the process of presenting the Photos in the Contest, including but not limited to printing or typographical errors.
15. The Company assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, elimination, defect, delay in operation or transmission, failure of communications, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to the presentations of the Photos, or alteration of the presentations of the pictures.
16. The Company is not responsible for any problem or technical malfunction of any network or telephone lines, computer equipment, servers, suppliers, online computer systems, software, failures of any presentation by email that are received because of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or on any website, including any injury or damage to the computers of the Participants or any other related person, related to or resulting from the participation or uploading of the Photos or information in the Contest.
17. If, for any reason, the Contest can not be completed as planned, because of, including, but not limited to, computer virus infection, errors, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other cause other than control of the Company that corrupts or affects the administration, security, impartiality, integrity or proper conduct of the Contest, reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Contest without incurring any liability towards the participant.
18. The Participant accepts that the Company has no obligation to provide financial compensation to the Participant for the Photo (s), whether or not they are awarded.
19. The Participant agrees that the Company does not act as an agent, publisher or broker of the Photo (s) sent by the Participant.
20. The Participant acknowledges that some or all of the Photos of the Participant (including Photos not awarded) may be published on the following Web sites: http://solstice-mexico.com – http://es.backmitra.com – https://backmitra.com – http://nl.backmitra.com – as well as on the Instagram and Facebook sites of BackMitra and Solstice Yoga Center.
21. After the Contest at the Company’s discretion, the Participant must grant a non-exclusive, irrevocable, perpetual, royalty-free, global license to copy, publish, transmit, display, distribute, use, edit, translate, alter, combine with other materials, reuse and adapt all and / or any part of the Photos in any form and for any purpose, at any time, now or in the future, in any medium known or to be known, anywhere in the world in any way and with Any purpose, provided that the name of the Participant and the title of the Photo are included.
22. In order to avoid any doubt, the Company will have exclusive ownership of all and any intellectual property rights, including copyright, to any publication or medium provided using the Photos submitted to the Contest.
23. Winners to accept the prize must transfer and transfer exclusively to the Company all rights, titles and interests in the winning photo, including but not limited to all copyrights and trademarks that may have worldwide, for consideration , the receipt and sufficiency that is recognized here.
24. Winners will be fully responsible for any taxes or charges related to the receipt of any of the prizes.
