This yoga practice enhances muscle tone, flexibility, balance, coordination and concentration, detoxifies the vital organs, and encourages a peaceful mind. Hatha yoga participants leave feeling deeply relaxed, refreshed and renewed. The level of the yoga class will depend on the teacher and the needs of the students.
